What Is Being Sold

A spot for a sticker on the 3D model of a Porsche on this website is being sold. This is the product you are buying and receiving immediately after payment: your sticker, in the size you chose, in the position you selected, visible to anyone who visits the site.

The payment also represents support for the project to purchase a Porsche. All collected funds go toward that purpose.

Payments are collected as part of a personal online campaign. Since the project is run by an individual, payments do not constitute a sale of goods subject to VAT, nor is a fiscalized invoice issued. Instead, they represent financial support for the project in exchange for advertising space (the sticker).

The purchase of the car is not guaranteed. This is neither a pre-sale nor an investment. There is no promise that the car will be bought, when it will be bought, or which model it will be. If enough money is raised and the car is purchased, your sticker will also go on the real car. If the goal is not reached, what you have already received — the spot on the 3D car — remains yours.

This is a personal project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG. Porsche and 911 are trademarks of Porsche AG.

Pricing

• The price is determined by the size of the sticker. The larger it is, the more it costs.
• Minimum size: 4 cm. Maximum size: 35 cm.
• Custom logos have a higher base price due to custom cutting and manual approval processes.
• Prices are displayed in euros and US dollars. The price shown on the slider is the final price you pay.

Payment

Payment is made immediately during the design of the sticker via credit card. Reservations without payment are not possible — until payment clears, the sticker does not exist for anyone except you on your screen.

Since the digital product you buy is delivered immediately upon payment, the payment is non-refundable.

Card payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. Your card details are never seen or stored by the project operator.

Your Logo and Artwork

When uploading a logo or custom design, you confirm that you are the rights holder or have written permission from the rights holder to use it and grant rights to use it for this project. This means: the logo belongs to you or your company, or you have explicit permission from its owner.

By doing so, you grant the right to print the design, stick it on the car, photograph it, film it, and publish it on this website, social media, and any project-related media, without time limits and without additional compensation.

If it turns out you did not hold the rights to the design, you bear full legal responsibility. If any claims, demands, or legal actions arise as a result of your design, you will cover all resulting costs, and the design will be removed immediately.

What You Do NOT Get

You are exclusively purchasing the right to have your sticker printed and placed on the car. Nothing else.

Purchasing a sticker confers no rights to the vehicle itself. Specifically:

• you gain no ownership or co-ownership stake in the vehicle, now or in the future
• you cannot drive the car, operate it, or request to use it
• you receive no proceeds if the car is sold, traded, rented, or monetized in any way
• you receive no share in potential project earnings, dividends, interest, or return on investment
• you gain no decision-making power over which car is purchased, how it is used, or what happens to it
• you gain no entitlement to insurance payouts, compensation, or damages if the car is damaged or destroyed
• you receive no guarantee that the car will be purchased at all

The car remains sole personal property. Purchasing a sticker is the purchase of advertising space, not an investment, equity share, or loan.

Content Guidelines and Approval

Each custom design is reviewed manually before being placed on the physical car. Any design may be rejected without providing a reason.

If a design is rejected, you will be notified to select an alternative of equal size and value. You do not lose what you paid for.

The following content will NOT be accepted:

• third-party trademarks and logos without explicit permission
• photos or likenesses of real people without their consent
• vulgar, offensive, or hateful content
• political content
• advertising for tobacco, gambling, or pharmaceuticals

Overlapping

Stickers may be placed over existing stickers. Spots on the car are not permanently locked — anyone who pays can place a sticker where they choose.

When a sticker is overlapped, the affected owner receives an email notification detailing who overlapped it and the percentage covered, allowing them to purchase a new spot if desired.

By completing a purchase, you accept that your sticker may be overlapped and that this does not entitle you to a refund. This risk is reflected in the lower pricing structure.

Placement Rules

Stickers are allowed on bodywork: hoods, doors, fenders, roof, side skirts, bumpers, and wings.

Stickers are NOT permitted on windows, lights, side mirrors, license plates, or wheels due to road safety regulations. The 3D configurator automatically restricts invalid placements.

The physical placement on the real car will match the 3D model as closely as possible, but exact precision is not guaranteed. Variations may occur due to body curves, panel gaps, surface edges, surrounding stickers, or the specific car model acquired. The guarantee covers the sticker's presence on the car in the paid size, not exact geometric positioning.

Guarantees and Liability

• Promised: the sticker will appear on the 3D model on this website in the size and position selected. This digital delivery occurs immediately upon payment.
• Not promised: no guarantee is made regarding if, when, or which car model will be purchased. If acquired, stickers will be printed, applied, and featured in project media.
• Performance: no guarantees are made regarding view counts, reach, clicks, or marketing performance.
• Endorsements: the sticker is paid ad space, not a personal endorsement in either direction.
• Removal: if a design is later found to be fraudulent, illegal, or grossly misleading, it may be removed without compensation.

Duration

The sticker remains on the 3D web model for as long as the website exists.

If the physical car is purchased and stickers are applied, they will remain on the car for 6 months from application, or until natural wear or damage occurs — whichever comes first.

Vinyl withstands washing and sunlight, but degrades over time. Damaged, faded, or peeled stickers will not be repaired or replaced.

Campaign Timeline

Funds are collected until February 28, 2027. A countdown timer on the homepage tracks the remaining time.

By that date, the decision on purchasing a car will be finalized and communicated via email. If the deadline is extended, all existing buyers will be notified of the new date.

If the Car Is Not Purchased

The digital product purchased — the spot on the 3D car — is delivered immediately and remains intact regardless of the campaign outcome. Payments are non-refundable.

If total funds fall short of a Porsche 911, a lower-cost Porsche model may be purchased instead. This represents an intention, not a legal obligation.

If no car is purchased, collected funds remain invested in the overall project and will not be refunded. If these terms are unacceptable, do not complete a purchase.

Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation)

The digital space on the 3D model is delivered immediately upon payment and custom-made according to your specifications (design, size, position). As digital content delivered immediately and customized goods, transactions are non-refundable and exempt from the standard 14-day statutory right of withdrawal.
